Imagine being unskilled and unemployed with a family to feed, school fees to pay, and no consistent income. For the majority of our staff, this was what they faced before joining Tapioca Delight.
Today however, they thrive in their personal and professional lives with fortnightly incomes, skills in baking and decorating cakes & cupcakes, preparing high quality meals, and providing friendly customer service.
Our Human Resource is our greatest wealth and we are going a step further to enroll our staff in institutions where they can further their training in Commercial Cookery and Hospitality.
